Clear your outstanding fees before 30 September using ADDA, our PropEzy app, or the QuickPay option on our website for a chance to win the rest of 2023 on us.
This promotion is open to all owners of Kingfield managed properties in the UAE.
Owners from all properties are eligible to participate in the competition to win Oct – Dec 2023 service fees paid by Kingfield, up to the value of AED 3,000 depending on individual unit amount.
All outstanding service fees must be paid on or before 30 September 2023.
All service fees must be paid to clear any amounts up until end of September 2023’s invoices (even if they have not yet been invoiced, if invoices are pending, calculate your last invoice and use that as the basis for the remaining quarters, alternatively you may contact your Community Management for exact amounts).
The winner will be chosen at random on the 16th October 2023 and notified via registered email and phone.
The winner will have their service fees for Oct – Dec 2023 for the winning property deposited into their property’s service fee account by Kingfield up to the maximum amount of AED 3,000.
Only the invoiced amount up to maximum AED 3,000 will be paid (based on the last invoiced amount).
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be provided.
